Adelberg, Rudow, Dorf & Hendler, LLC (ARD&H) announces that Jay L. Lenrow, Esq. is now Of Counsel to the firm.

Bringing over 35 years legal experience, Lenrow focuses his practice on real estate law, corporate law, construction law and real estate finance. Since 1995, he has served as a principal in Lenrow, Kohn & Oliver, P.C., the firm he co-founded. 

Lenrow is a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland and former vice chairman of the Maryland Commission on Landlord-Tenant Law Reform.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Johns Hopkins University, attended the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and received a J.D. from the Washington College of Law at the American University.

Active in the community, Lenrow currently serves as development committee chairman and board member for Roland Park Country School; board of advisors member for both the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center and Johns Hopkins Hillel, and alumni council vice president and executive board member for The Johns Hopkins University.

A New Jersey native, Lenrow currently resides in Lutherville with his wife, Ruth. The couple has two grown children.
