Sometime between 4 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday someone trespassed on College Manor property and cut, split and removed a tree that had fallen across the lower walkway by the light rail.

No permission was given to anyone to remove the tree. Plans had been made to remove the tree for firewood.

Approximately one cord worth of wood was removed.
