Jose Cardona, 38, of the 900 block of Dulaney Valley Court was arrested for allegedly breaking into a neighbors apartment.
Michael Eugene McKay, 28, of no fixed address was charged in connection with a burglary in Towson.
Tayvon Terrelli Miller, 26, of the 6800-block of Sturbridge Drive was charged in connection with a burglary in Towson.
Sabrina Carolyn Retrossi, 23, of the 100 block of South Taylor Avenue in Essex. She is charged with burglary, fourth-degree theft, fraud and making a false statement to an officer.
Franklin Ray Lewis, 18, of the 500 block of Chalcot Square, was arrested and charged with fourth-degree theft and burglary in connection with a bike theft.
Dondre Lawson is charged with first-degree burglary after stealing cash, an iPod and sunglasses from two Stevenson University dorm rooms.

And remember, an arrest also does not indicate guilt. That's for a judge, and potentially a jury, to decide.
