Whether your budget is $2 or $2 million, the International Gem and Jewelry Show has something for you.
Featuring gemstones, minerals, diamonds, pearls, silver, gold and platinum, the July 1 weekend at the Timonium Fairgrounds will dazzle you with rings, bracelets, and all kinds of jewelry and fancy doodads.
Amber, beads, turquoise, pearls and more will be on display and for sale from more than150 exhibitors. The admission price is only $8, but click here ahead of time to buy $6 tickets online.
Children under 8 are not permitted, which is a new policy this year. Your young princess with the wide eyes will have to stay home unless she’s old enough to enjoy the glittering displays with you.
Consider bringing some of your own jewelry to sell—there will be a “Cash for Jewelry” booth offering free evaluations.
The Gem Cutters Guild of Baltimore will have a booth, along with vendors such as Eagle Gemstone, Amber America, Beads After Beads, Indiri Collection and True Gemco. Click here for a full list of vendors.
Show hours are:
