North County Crime: Jewelry Stolen, Businesses Targeted

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

 

Cockeysville Road, 200 block, between 12:01 a.m., Oct. 14 and 11:59 p.m., Oct. 15. A burglar tried to break into Marathon Roofing Co. by drilling a hole in the wall, but was ultimately unsuccessful.

York Road, 19300 block, 12:48 a.m., Oct. 18. A burglar stole $1,600 from the Park Inn.

Bridgelake Place, unit block, between Oct. 17 and Oct. 18. A burglar stole $2,402.98 worth of jewelry after sneaking into the apartment through an unlocked window.

Manda Mill Lane, 13700 block, between Oct. 11 and Oct. 14. Various pieces of jewelry were stolen out of a woman’s personal safe. It is unknown how the burglar broke inside the Phoenix home.
