Incident took place after Maryland Brewer's Oktoberfest celebration in Timonium

WBAL-TV obtained cell phone video of the suspect being taken into custody. The two men harmed in the incident were stabbed but did not suffer life threatening injuries.

The incident took place at the Cow Palace, which is on the opposite side of the property from the racetrack grandstand where the Oktoberfest celebration was being held.

About 12,000 people attended the festival, which showcased beers from local breweries. The celebration was scheduled to end at 6:00 p.m. Police responded to the 911 call about the fight at 6:30 p.m.

One of the victims was stabbed in the head. He was in serious, but not life-threatening condition. The other victim was stabbed in the arm.
