Two lucky Marylanders proved Wednesday night that sometimes all it takes is a touching love story and a ring to go along with it. 

When Laurel man Ronald Diggs proposed to his fiancé Melissa Grant, of Silver Spring, he wasn't thinking about getting prime seats to the Ravens game or getting the chance to meet Jamal Lewis. Although the Ravens did play a role in bringing Diggs and Grant together.
