What kind of business would you like to see move into HobbyTown USA's old location in the Fairgrounds Plaza shopping center?

There are now two retail spaces available in the Fairgrounds Plaza shopping center, following the relocation of HobbyTown USA.
The hobby shop moved to 8868 Waltham Woods Rd in Parkville, in mid March.
The question is: What kind of business would you like to see move in?
Check out the HobbyTown USA Timonium Facebook group for more information about the move and ongoing contests.
The shops depature has created two adjacent vacancies sandwiched between Yamato Sushi and PetSmart. The shopping center is anchored by ShopRite and REI.
The two open sites are 5,897 and 7,049 square feet, respectively, according to loopnet.com.
The nearest hobby shop to Timonium is now Yorktowne Hobby located at 12 Cranbrook Rd. in Cockeysville.
