'WJZ-TV': Padonia Park Club Owner Arrested for Child Porn Charges
Ira Charles Fred Rigger Jr. allegedly viewed images of girls as young as infants.
The owner of Padonia Park Club, a child care and swim center in Cockeysville, was arrested on charges of possession and distribution of child pornography, WJZ reports.
Charging documents revealed that county police and FBI officials began investigating Fred Rigger, also the club's president and CEO, since January. They were able to obtain images of young girls from computers at his home and at Padonia Park Club, according to WJZ.
Rigger admitted he had been viewing and downloading child pornography over five years, according to the WJZ report. He allegedly viewed images of girls ranging in age from infants to teenagers.
Rigger, 52, of the first block of Thurkill Court in Cockeysville, was released on bail Thursday.

I am appaled. As a member of Padonia Park club and a parent of children who have attended Lakeside Day Camp, I could vomit. To think that my money has contributed to enabling this behavior is unthinkable. I have withdrawn my kids from Lakeside and I have cancelled my park membership. I hope that other members of the community will do the same and show that this type of morally bankrupt behavior is unacceptable. He may have "resigned" as the park tells us, but he still OWNS the park and benefits from our money. I cannot support this. Please close Padonia Park until Fred Rigger is no longer benefiting from our hard earned money.
