Superintendent S. Dallas Dance chatted with radio host Dan Rodricks on his lunch hour show Monday.

Rodricks asked the 31-year-old newly appointed superintendent about his youth, experience and vision for Baltimore County Public Schools. Other topics discussed on Midday with Dan Rodricks, which ran from noon to 1 p.m., were schools' infrastructure; controversial contracts created under former superintendent Joe Hairston and professional development for teachers, principals and other schools' staff.
