This week's Pets of the Week at Baltimore Humane Society are Nutty Buddy and Stitch. Here's what they each have to say--
Hello. My name is Nutty Buddy and I am a three-and-a-half-year-old Shepherd Mix who was brought here because my owners said I needed too much attention and they could no longer care for me. I have been working with the dog trainer here at BHS to learn my manners and not jump on people so if you have any questions, she will be able to help you. Because I am so high energy, I should go to a home without children and where people have dog experience and patience. I enjoy all kinds of toys -- stuffed animals, tennis balls, balls that squeak. If you would like to learn more about me, please fill out an application to start the process. Thank you!
Hi there. My name is Stitch and I am five years old. I was abandoned by my owner, but a nice person found me and brought me to BHS. I'm a very social kitty, who loves to be petted and get attention. I'm content to sit in the windowsill and watch the birds outside or to follow you around while you do housework. I have a gentle personality so if you have children in your home I will fit in great! If you want a pretty cat like me, come visit so we can get to know one another. I was adopted four months ago, but was brought back recently because my owner said I wasn't getting along with the other cat in the home. I got along with cats here when I was in the cat rooms, so maybe it was just that me and the other cat didn’t click well. I would love to find a home AGAIN so please visit me soon.
The adoption fee for Nutty Buddy is $165, and $105 for Stitch. Plus get a free bag of starter food!
