There is an bipartisan multinational organization called Legalon (sp?) that conducts a study andRead More then ranks countries according to how "successful" they are. They have a long list of criteria but it basically boils down to "Healthy, Wealthy and Happy". Finland is ranked #1 and surprisingly the UK dropped out of the top 10 this year. In terms of migration the top three countries are the US, Germany and Russia.
