If you’ve never run a 5K, here’s your chance to get fit for
a cause and train for 12 weeks with like-minded folks, directed by experienced and motivational running coaches.

“Training with The Devils” starts Saturday mornings, March 23 to June 1 at locations in Bel Air, Columbia, Pikesville and Timonium, and Sundays in Phoenix and Towson March 24 to June 2.

Registration deadline is March 24.

This is training with a purpose. While you are training each week to transform your life, you will be raising money to improve the quality of life for breast cancer families living in Maryland.

Funds benefit The Red Devils, which partners with hospitals across the state to provide services such
as transportation to life-saving treatment; delivery of nourishing meals and groceries; housecleaning; help with drug co-payments and more.

You'll progressively increase the time you run until you are running the 5K distance on Sunday, June 9 at the “Running with The Devils” 5K run and one-mile walk at Goucher College. And when you use the tools we give you, you'll have no problem raising $400.00—the amount we ask you to pledge in return for the coach-led interval training program.
