Are you working to achieve a weight loss goal this year? Join ShopRite's dietitian, Erin Peisach, on a FREE weight loss supermarket tour. She will walk you through each department and discuss what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat to maximize your weight loss results. The tour will last 45minutes. At the conclusion of the tour, participants will taste a few of Erin's favorite items and ask questions.
