On Jan. 2, 2013, at 8:30 p.m. at a gathering of Timonium Optimists at the Green Turtle Restaurant in Hunt Valley, MD, waitress Samantha pulled the winning chance.

Jen purchased her chance from Cynthia Lucas, a friend of the Timonium Optimist Club who operates Cyn City Bargains at Morningstar Marketplace in Thomasville, PA.
