Baltimore Book Festival

Dick Ellwood, Neighbor

The Baltimore Book Festival will held on September 27, 28 & 29 2013 at Mt. Vernon Square in downtown Baltimore. On September 28th, Timonium resident and retired police officer, Dick Ellwood will be selling his books at the festival. He will also be on a discussion panel along with retired officers, Steve Tabeling and Ken Lang. All three retired officers worked as Homicide investigators in their careers. The panel discussion will cover crime and the growing problem of shootings in the Baltimore metro area.
