MAP: Preview the LCA's Annual Yard Sale
More than 20 homes, College Manor and St. Paul's Lutheran Church are participating in one of the largest community yard sales in Baltimore County.
The Lutherville Community Association is expecting more than 30 homes will be participating in its annual community wide yard sale this weekend.
Add and to the fold and Saturday could be "x" on a map marking a treasure trove of unwanted goodies to peruse in the gorgeous neighborhood.
The yard sale is scheduled for Sept. 8 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the event of rain, the sale will be rescheduled for Sept. 9.

College Manor's inclusion to the yard sale is a symbolic peace gesture following over a drastic zoning change request to the decades-old assisted living facility. It is being seen as a way of fostering neighborhood relationships.
"One of the things that this whole process has taught me is that we need to be more involved in the community than less," Bunny Renaud, College Manor's co-owner, said.

and now Renaud, who is also a Lutherville resident, said she would like to see "the community come [back] together."
In addition to the yard sale, she is planning a community bonfire in October.
