More than 50 young men and women from across the state will model outfits they have created, constructed or purchased using their fashion know-how in the Maryland State Fair 4-H/Home Arts Building. An overall Constructed Grand Champion and a Ready to Wear Grand Champion will vie for the title of Maryland 2010 4-H Fashion Revue Champion.
