Lutherville-Timonium Crime: Several Burglaries Reported

The following information was supplied by the Cockeysville Precinct of the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Edgemoor Road, unit block. Between 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. July 9. Jewelry was stolen from a home.

Dunwich Road, unit block. Between 9 p.m. July 8 and 7 a.m. July 9. A burglar broke into the screened-in porch of a home then tried to break into the home but was unsuccessful. 

Ravenview Road, 2300 block. Between 5 p.m. July 5 and 9 a.m. July 8. Copper pipes were stolen from a vacant home. Burglars got inside through a side window.

Westbury Road, 100  block. Between 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. July 5. Two HP laptop computers, a .22-caliber handgun (chrome, with a pearl handle) and two $1 bills were stolen from a home. A burglar threw a rock through a basement window to get inside and was injured on the broken glass.

Valleyfield Road, 8700 block. Between 3:30 p.m. June 28 and 8:30 a.m. July 1. A home was ransacked and a safe pried open. Burglars got inside by forcing open the front door, destroying it.

Country Brooke Way, 8500 block. Between 11 a.m. June 29 and 5:20 a.m. June 30. The upstairs bedrooms of a home were ransacked. A burglar kicked in the front door to get inside. It’s unknown what, if anything, was stolen.
