Farm Insurance Seminar

On November 14th, the Maryland Agricultural Resource Council (MARC) is hosting an informational session that  will consist of a panel of three insurance specialists offering information on farm asset insurance, liability
insurance, and financial issues that relate to insurance. Panelists are experienced insurance agents and are prepared to answer any questions.

If you have insurance, you have an agent. Do you know how to use your insurance and agent as a service? Have you asked him or her lately how they can save you money on your premiums? Are your buildings covered
properly? What insurance do you need if your horses or cows get out on public roads? Does the person trading a barn stall for mucking duties need coverage? What does liability and collision coverage really cover?
How do you read your policy? Are you missing anything? Here is an
opportunity to ask these questions and learn how to use your insurance
and insurance agent as a service, and not just a bill. Please note that
we will not be dealing with crop insurance or employee insurance at this
session.

For more information about the event, please visit the MARC website:
www.marylandagriculture.org or contact Bronwyn at 410-229-0530 or
bronwyn@marylandagriculture.org to reserve your space.
