Healthy Kids Summit

On Wednesday, October 30th Giant Food will be hosting a
Healthy Kids Summit to discuss the important issues of child and family health
and nutrition.  This summit will serve as
a platform to educate community members about healthy living and provide information
about abundant options for and access to affordable, healthy food.

The Healthy Kids Summit will be held at our Timonium
Giant Food Store located at 2145 York Road in Timonium, Md. from 11:30 a.m. to
12:15 p.m. with a light lunch immediately following the Summit. We would be
honored if you would attend. Lisa Coleman, Giant Food's in-store nutritionist,
will serve as the moderator for a panel that includes representatives from a
Partnership for a Healthier America, YMCA of Central Maryland, the Maryland
Food Bank, and the Baltimore Department of Health.
