We all have the ability to be confident and content in the various aspects of our daily life. However, sometimes we simply don't know how to access these positive states of mind. In this workshop receive advice, extracted from Buddhist teachings, on how to develop a store of tools, including meditations and new ways of thinking, to help us develop and maintain our peace of mind. By doing this, eventually every situation can become a source of happiness and growth for us!
