Sun Selling Photos from Timonium's History

The Baltimore Sun turns to eBay to sell off historical photos.

How much would you pay for an iconic still image of the in all its glory? 

As it turns out, the going rate for history is about $15 (before shipping and handling). 

The Baltimore Sun has been selling off its archived photo collection on eBay . Yesterday, a Patch reader posted this link to the auction, which features a handful of gorgeous black-and-whites from State Fairs past.

From the auction:

"This is a working archive and these are the actual photographs that have been used and published throughout the decades by The Baltimore Sun Newspaper. Photos may contain written comments, attached paper clippings, crop marks, tonal enhancements, masking or other alterations that were necessary for publishing. These photographs have been accumulated from a variety of sources over the decades including staff photographers, news bureaus, wire services, publishers, PR firms and many other sources. Now you have the opportunity to own one of these historic certified archive photographs."
