Timonium home sales were up in May from the same time last year.
The total volume of homes sold last month was $18,195,500, which is up about 27 percent from last year's sales of $13,242,125.
The average sold price was up about 3 percent to $349,913, from $339,542 last May.

There were 155 homes for sale by the end of May, a drop from the 216 active last year.
There were 61 homes that came on the market last month, and 57 accepted offers. Last May, the same number of homes went under contract, but 81 new homes had entered the marketplace.
