He was ejected over the walls of the highway near the Pepsi sign, The Baltimore Sun reported.

I was stuck in that mess this morning. It took 1 1/2 hours to get from Towson to Downtown. My prayers towards this individuals family. I'm confused as what happened here. Was this all just one vehicle? Did they hit the wall, hence causing the ejection? All we saw driving by was 5-6 police cars, a firetruck, two tow-trucks, and a pick-up on the back of a third tow-truck.
