CRIME LOG: Police Investigating Possible Rape, Two Men Arrested After Burglary

Several burglaries were also reported in the Lutherville-Timonium, Cockeysville and surrounding areas last week.

The crime log is compiled from incident reports filed at the Baltimore County Police Department, Precinct 7 in Cockeysville. 

Possible Rape: Police are investigating a possible rape reported in the unit block of Tradewind Circle in Cockeysville on March 6. The victim was discovered unconscious and naked by another woman living at the house. The victim had injuries that indicated that she had been raped. All information was forwarded to Baltimore County Criminal Investigation Division. 

Burglary: A mink coat and two jackets were stolen from a home in the unit block of Bush Cabin Court in Parkton on March 2. The burglar forced open the front door and ransacked the bedrooms.

Burglary: Someone stole jewelry and a bag of laundry from a home in the 15300 block of York Road in Sparks on March 2. The unknown suspect broke into the house by forcing the front door open. 

Burglary: A burglar stole jewelry, money and lock boxes from a home in the unit block of Jules Brentony Court in Cockeysville on March 2.

Burglary: Jewelry was stolen from a home in the 1200 block of Belfast Road in Sparks on March 2. The suspect tore the screen on the rear door and forced it open to break into the house.

Burglary: Two men were charged with breaking into a home in the 14800 block of Priceville Road on March 1. The suspects were caught with rifles, handguns, a laptop, an ebook, a television and jewelry. 

Christopher Dorsey, 27, of the 15900 Trenton Roard in Upperco, and Mark Koerber, 23, of the unit block of Rises Court in Cockeysville, were arrested on charges of  burglary, theft of more than $10,000, wearing a bullet proof vest and illegal possession of a firearm. 

Police said the two suspects tripped an alarm to a home in the 16000 block of Yeoho Road in Sparks earlier that evening. A police officer saw a vehicle leaving the scene. The officer stopped the suspects’ car on York Road, north of Corbett Road. In addition to finding numerous items from the house, the suspect’s shoe prints matched prints at the scene.
