Lutherville-Timonium Crime: Incidents Come in Pairs

The following information was supplied by the Baltimore County Police Department. In cases where a criminal charge is noted, the information provided does not indicate a conviction.

Two neighboring businesses and two unfinished homes in the same development were struck by criminals last week, according to police incident reports.

York Road, 1700 block, between 3:50 and 4:18 a.m., May 24. A burglar broke into and destroyed a cash drawer and front glass door valued at $500. Nothing was reported stolen, however.

York Road, 1700 block, between 3:25 and 4:18 a.m., May 24. About $100 were stolen from . The burglar destroyed the front glass door and the cash register—both valued at $500.

Westford Road, 8600 block, between 4 p.m., May 20 and 6:30 a.m., May 21. Master bedroom lights and ceiling and the second floor railing in an unfinished townhouse were damaged or destroyed. Builders discovered that the rear door had been kicked in over night. Nothing appears to have been stolen. No further information is known at this time.

Westford Road, 8600 block, between 4 p.m., May 20 and 6:30 a.m., May 21. A burglar kicked in the rear door to an unfinished model home in the same NVHomes development as the above listed incident. Nothing was taken. No further information is known at this time.
