When police arrived, they heard noises in the basement and found Morrissey there along with a gym bag full of copper pipe, the report states. Copper pipe was also found to be missing from the ceiling.

Police did not release a photo of the subject as of Wednesday, stating that it might compromise an ongoing investigation.
