Police Seeking Information On Commercial Burglary Suspect

The man is suspected of robbing office suites in Timonium and Owings Mills.

Baltimore County police are requesting the public's assistance in catching a man suspected of a string of robberies involving office suites along the York Road corridor and in Owings Mills.

At least five office buildings in Lutherville-Timonium have been targeted since Dec. 6. Detectives believe the same man is responsible , the unit block of Painters Mill Road and the 10000 block of Reisterstown Road in December, according to a police press release.

"The burglaries are occurring during the evening and overnight hours, when the suspect gains access to the businesses by ," according to the release. "Money and checks, computer equipment and food have been taken during some of the burglaries, and nothing at all was taken in several of the crimes."

The burglar struck five separate office suites in one building on Dec. 17 in Timonium. The burglar broke in by to each business.

The suspect (see photos) is described as a black male, between 50 and 60 years old, about 5-foot-10, with a thin build and dark complexion, according to the release.

"Anyone with information about the identity or whereabouts of the suspect is asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7-LOCKUP (1-866-756-2587).
