The Emmy-winning HBO comedy VEEP is likely Gov. Martin O'Malley's favorite TV show, considering it brings good publicity and jobs to the state.

O'Malley posed for photos with the cast of the show and published one on Twitter Monday. News organizations published photos as well.

The show stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus, best known for her role as Towson native Elaine Benes on Seinfeld, as the vice president of the United States, Selina Meyer.
