Why: "I think partially because he is a lawyer, which means he is accustomed to reading in detail and looking in-depth at issues. And I've listened to it. I know he has come off as very hard-nosed and strict. But now he's married and he has kids so he see's the gray side of things. But I think he's the best person for the job. School construction is very critical. Our schools are just slightly younger than Baltimore City schools. We've got the oldest schools around. I'm very familiar with Howard County schools and how great they are and we need the same kind of schools here."
