UPDATE (12:35 p.m.)

Polling precincts across Lutherville-Timonium are reporting steady voter traffic since 7 a.m. Tuesday morning.

The longest lines so far are reportedly Lutherville Laboratory Elementary School and Timonium Elementary School (see video).

The shortest line, according to our friends on Twitter, belongs to Pot Spring Elementary.

Patch observed at least a dozen eager voters resigning themselves to try again later in the day at the sight of long lines. But the advice we're getting from election officials is that the customary 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. lull isn't a reality today.

One thing that there isn't a lot of is electioneering, although this morning 27 degree chill could have had something to do with that.
