Baltimore County Public Schools Closed Due to Inclement Weather
Wintry mix shuts down public schools in Lutherville-Timonium for a day. St. Paul's opening two hours late.
Snow, sleet and freezing rain have forced Baltimore County Public School administrators to close school for the day.
The St. Paul's campus, which includes St. Paul's School for Girls and St. Paul's Plus, will be opening two hours late.
Tuesday's forecast shows a high of 36 degrees, according to the National Weather Service, with the wintry mix continuing until noon. The chance of precipitation is 90 percent, though accumulation is projected to be less than a half-inch.

Rain and show showers will permeate Tuesday evening, until midnight, with lows expected to be 33 degrees.
As of 5:06 a.m. Baltimore County "crews have completed salting 100 percent of county roads and are retreating where necessary. Ten percent of roads have been plowed. Motorists are encouraged to keep speeds down and plenty of distance from other vehicles," according to the county website.
