The Baltimore County Student Councils will hold its annual Middle School Leadership Conference at the Community College of Baltimore County, Essex campus. The conference is designed to provide an opportunity for middle school students to share ideas and enhance their leadership knowledge in team building, communication, and community service. A mock general assembly will be held in the afternoon.
