About 50 teachers, counselors and administrators from Hereford High School, Hereford Middle, and the five elementary schools that feed into the middle school, will participate in a vertical learning activity designed to help ease the transition of students from one school level to the next. It also will help better prepare elementary students for middle school and middle school students for high school. Middle school students and high schools students will speak about what helped them make the transition.
