The 14th annual Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival highlights the heritage of Baltimore County's African Americans. The festival includes a display on African American history in Baltimore County as well as dance, music, art, poetry, historical exhibits, children's activities, a health and wellness village, financial empowerment zone, food, vendors of all types and much more. Free admission and free parking. The festival will be held in the Towson Courts Patriot Plaza.
