African-American Authors Expo Coming to Timonium

More than 75 published writers will be at the Crowne Plaza leading workshops and book talks.

What do Snoop Dogg's grandmother, a Harlem Globetrotter, the Beltway sniper's ex-wife and Michael Vick's aunt have in common?

They are published African-American authors with amazing stories to tell and they will be in Timonium to share their craft at the third annual African American Authors Expo and Multi-Cultural Book Fair

The expo will be a meeting place for more than 75 participating authors, hosting a variety of book talks about everything from dealing with stress to motivating entrepreneurs to understanding the power of black women, according to a release.
