Black Friday Preview from Towson Town Center's GURU!

The busiest shopping day of the year is almost here and this shopping GURU is ready! Are you?

The busiest shopping day of the year is almost here and this shopping GURU is ready!  Are you?

There are a few things you can do to make sure Black Friday runs as smoothly as possible.  I practice these rules each time I shop and they’ve never failed me.

1)    Get to the mall early for two big reasons: fewer shoppers and plenty of parking!

2)    Speaking of parking, I always valet!  You pull up, pay just $5 and you’re on your way. This hassle-free option is located behind The Cheesecake Factory and accessible by turning into the center between Crate & Barrel and Macy’s from Delaney Valley Road.  Follow the signs to the valet drop off zone on the left as you pull in.

3)    Go to the mall’s WEBSITE and figure out where all of your favorite retailers are located. Having a plan of where you want to go and how to get there will save you a huge amount of time.

4)    While you’re visiting the mall website, check out the “sales” tab to find out about some of the retailer offers.

5)    “LIKE” Towson Town Center on FACEBOOK. There are always plenty of sale updates and special offers on the mall’s FANPAGE. Look for some terrific deals on Friday!

Towson Town Center will open at 6:00 AM, however, about 35 stores will open at midnight including Macy’s, American Eagle, The Children’s Place, Lacoste, Steve Madden, and White House Black Market. Find the complete list HERE.

I’ll have even more great suggestions on my BLOG on Thursday, including a terrific sneak-peek of some deals you’ll find at your favorite retailers. Visit the blog today and subscribe so you can get the scoop delivered right to your inbox. Have a safe and Happy Thanksgiving and let me know of you need any shopping or gift advice for Friday. I’m here to help!
