No sooner is the excitement and fun of Christmas over, when the thrill of New Year’s Eve shows up on the doorstep of our calendars. Since NYE parties tend to be the biggest celebration of the year, you want to make the outfit match the occasion! If you’re headed out on the town or to a formal gala, finding an outfit that’s worthy of a champagne toast can be a little tough. But I made it easy!

To find the perfect looks, I visited three of my favorite go-to places at Towson Town Center for this type of event: White House Black Market, Michael Kors and Cache.

White House Black Market has some super looks for a glam presentation, but without being too formal or dressy. I found a really flattering black sleeveless jumpsuit that when paired with a glittering belt, will make anyone stand out! I also featured a glittering clutch and a fluttery top that would be perfect with a pair of skinny jeans and booties!
Michael Kors is all about glitter and shine for NYE! Black and gold are making starring roles this year, whether it’s in separate pieces or in sleek dresses that make a huge statement. You’ll want to see the specific one I picked out with one of their sales associates, Vanessa. It has “red-carpet” written all over it! Plus, I have the perfect pair of shoes to match.

Cache has a full range of outfits for virtually any type of party or dress code. You’ll find that black and gold are big here too, but not just in fabric, but in sequin and shine. In addition to the semi-casual and sexy styles at Cache, you have to see the beautiful dress I discovered that will light up any formal get together on Monday night.
