LTRC Cooperative Tots Program operates out of Pinewood Elementary School and is run by the LTRC Recreation Council. Established in 1949, the program accepts children 3 and 4 years of age into two separate classes and teaches skills such as cooking, reading, music, science and arts and crafts.
