Primary Residential Mortgage has refinanced our house twice, each time getting the lowest rate possible and saved money switching from a 30 year to 15 year fixed. PRM's closing costs were the lowest compared to other companies and Kevin was always quick to respond to our questions. Not sure if the rates can go any lower, but if they do would definitely call PRM again.
