Welcome to Timonium THB. I've been to the new store several times and it has been the same 5 star experience I've enjoyed in Towson for years. Keep up the great work and don't sweat the naysayers.

It does seem rather disingenuous to allow a restaurant's owner to rate their own establishment. If's little wonder that the owner gave himself 5 stars.
Hi Harry, we would like to tank you and all the people who came to our new location in Timonium, thanks also for the review, good reviews make us feel ok, "bad" reviews make us want to do better. We really appreciate people who tell us what they think, we know we are not 100% perfect and so why we listen to all of your comments and try to make THB always better. We think our customers have noticed all our improvments in the last couple years since our Towson and Canton locations are always busy and have been voted more then once best bagels in baltimore, you can look for yourself.
We know we have great products, they are made from scratch, our bagels ARE NEVER FROZEN, our cream cheeses are made in the house with Philadelphia cream cheese and many small quality products that made THB in the years popular for quality and friendly service !!!
As i said before we appreciate all the comments and we listen to those making THB better, not perfect, because we will never stop improving.
We have no problem for the picture that Nick put up, his face that day spoke for him self and made me think he did really enjoyed the sandwich.
One more thing, thanks everyone again, we have had a lot of people coming back after they first visit, and we really appreciate all the reviews, bad or good !!!

My wife and I made our first and last visit to this establishment for breakfast this morning. She ordered a sesame bagel with lox-creamed cheese on the side. Her order arrived with the spread already on the bagel.
I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with a poppy bagle and butter on the side. The bagel would rate about a 3 on a scale of 10 just below a Lender's frozen bagel. The omelet was served on the same wax paper that my wife's bagel was served on. The omelet was greasy and the wax paper on which it was served disintegrated as I cut the omelet. I then had to find and peel off the wax paper from the bottom of the omelet. There is no table service.
The bagels in their display case were simply thrown into the case and thoroughly mixed up making it difficult to determine what kind of bagels they had. The hand-lettered signs on the front of the bagel bins were very unprofessional.
I don't know what others see in this place and I doubt that they will remain in business for long after the far superior Goldberg's Bagels opens in Cockeysville on Padonia Road.

When they get your order right, it is pretty good. Unfortunatly, my order has been wrong several times and I have had to go back to get it corrected. They use way too much grease in their cooking. We mainly go here for convienence.
