Employees are rude and condescending. In shock with how rude these women are. They forget that if it wasn't for people bringing in their things to sell, they wouldn't have merchandise! They need to to get a grip and stop acting so snobby.

Overpriced for used clothing.

Years ago, I took "nearly-new" and "gently used" clothing to their shop only to be told my things were "out of style" - some pieces were only 2-3 years old. Needless to say, I never went back!!

AVOID!

- Arrived and was yelled at for using wrong door (yet door is not clearly labeled as to which door to use for shopping vs dropping off).

- Was told I could drop off my items, yet wasn't told on the phone or in person that I'd be forfeiting my items should they not sell. Only discovered this fact once I read literature after leaving. Full disclosure should have been maintained and I should have been made aware by the sales associate.

- My items sold yet I was never contacted about having a credit. Had I not followed up, I would have never known I was due money.

- Customer service via phone was rude.

- Parking was a challenge, to say the least.

- There's no handicap-friendly way to enter establishment.

- Worst consignment experience I've ever had. Won't be returning.

UPDATE:

- Money due to me for items was never received, despite my many attempts to collect over the last 4 months.

- I'd give 0 stars, if it were an option.
