After ruining a $90 silk shirt, I have left over a half dozen messages for the owner, Dennis, over the last two weeks. Think he's returned my call? NOPE. Think corporate has returned my email? NOPE. My 350$ jacket is ruined at this store. I left messages and visited the store a couple of times. The staffs there are very rude and never replied my phone calls. The so-called store manager gave me the bad attitude. I have to agree with Tammie, Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible manager, that's the Zips Dry Cleaners. STAY AWAY from them.
