This year's summer restaurant week runs from this Friday, Aug. 10 to Aug. 19 and includes specials ranging from $10.12 to $35.12 at 38 Baltimore County eateries. Play our guess the restaurant game for featured establishments participating in Baltimore County Restaurant Week.
County Executive Kevin Kamenetz insisted on taking home a "doggy bag" of some of the finest wares the county had to offer at the kick-off ceremony for Baltimore County Restaurant Week. Kamenetz lamented the fact that he had to leave the event, held at Liberatore's Ristorante in Timonium Wednesday, for the start of the 2012 Legislative Session. "My wife has already been online and she’s checking everything out. We’ve got our agenda packed for the next 10 days and nights,” he said. Tell us in comments if you can identify the restaurants in the photos. Baltimore County Restaurant Week takes place from Jan. 12 to 21 and features lunch and dinner specials ranging from $10.12 to $35.12 at 36 different establishments. “You’ve never really …

Each day Patch features a different venue participating in Baltimore County Restaurant Week.
Our food reviewer says, "The Peppermill for me is the restaurant equivalent of Michael Cera—harmlessly plain, outlandishly boring, just barely good looking enough to not turn away, and hopelessly intent on doing the exact same thing that kind of worked years ago." Do you agree or disagree? "This is a very rude review of the Pepper Mill. The age of the patrons is hardly fare for a review. Good luck in your career and I hope your views mature," wrote Patch user "Mary Jane Rutkowski" on Dec. 17, 2010. Another user, "don n alice," wrote, "It ain't broke..don' try to fix it!!! You would be shocked to find out what's in the wallets of an OLDER crowd "Keep those noisy kids out with their loud music and foul language.... The food is great and …

From Aug. 12 to Aug. 26, local hotspots will offer daily lunch and dinner specials. Now it's your turn to become the restaurant reviewer.
Well, it’s my favorite time of year again. While some of you may count down the days to Shark Week, Oktoberfest or the first week of Spring, the week that gets me really excited is Baltimore County Restaurant Week. Kicking off this Friday, Aug.12, and lasting through Aug. 26 (that’s right this year there are two full weeks to enjoy the food), Restaurant Week is a celebration of food and drink that treats Baltimoreans to amazing meals at bargain prices. Since some of your favorite stops will be participating this year, we thought it would be worthwhile to run down some of the great offers you can find right here in Lutherville. But the fun doesn't end there. We want YOU to be part of the Lutherville-Timonium restaurant review team. …
