Mays Chapel Man Killed In Overnight Towson Crash
A 26-year-old Mays Chapel man was pronounced dead after a car accident in Towson early Friday morning.
Police have released the identity of a man killed in a Towson-area car crash early Friday morning. Erik Pachino, 26, of the unit block of Tudor Court, was killed when his 2006 Jeep Wrangler failed to negotiate the turn from westbound Fairmount Avenue onto northbound York Road around 2:04 a.m. Nov. 16. The vehicle struck a curb, a traffic sign and a traffic signal pole before coming to rest. Pachino was transported to the R Cowley Adams Shock Trauma Center by helicopter, where he was pronounced dead around 8:30 a.m. Police believe that speed was a factor in the accident.
