Solar and Wind Expo Returns to Timonium
The annual gathering will focus on electric vehicles in Maryland.
Organizers of the Maryland Solar and Wind Expo are sharpening the focus to electric powered vehicles for the third annual event, according to executive director George Lopez. The expo runs Friday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. all three days at the Maryland State Fairgrounds. The expo will feature keynote speaker John Davis, creator and producer of MotorWeek, followed by a roundtable discussion about Maryland’s electric car market. “I like to think that we’re creating an impact across all types of renewable energy and energy efficiency,” Lopez said. “Demand drives the industry.
