Baltimore County spokeswoman calls it a delay tactic, emphasizes that the school 'will be built.'
A group of Mays Chapel residents filed a lawsuit against Baltimore County Council related to the proposed Mays Chapel Elementary School. The group says a land-swap approved in January by the council to build the school at Mays Chapel Park was done illegally, since part of the park land was bought with open space funds through the Department of Natural Resources. "They're trying to take that land. We don't think that's quite right," said Whistler Burch, a member of the Save Mays Chapel Park Committee that filed the lawsuit Monday. Kooper's brings to Timonium a highly touted brunch deal, daily specials from crabs to burgers, Belgian beers and more. But the one thing Kooper's needs? A few customer reviews. Write a review of Kooper's North. Russell and managing partner Miles Perman have been busy since Kooper's grand opening last week. They said the new location mirrors their popular Fells Point tavern in every way except for space. Kooper's North is a cozy, full-service restaurant and bar with only …
