Although Falls Church High School Football Coach Said Aziz thinks the 49ers are going to win the Super Bowl, he hopes Smith, who he coached in 2005, has a great game.
Ask Falls Church High School Head Football Coach Said Aziz whom he thinks will win Super Bowl XLVII and he won’t hesitate to say it’s the San Francisco 49ers. Aziz, however, does want to his former Stafford High School player and now Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith, to have a good game. In 2005 when Smith was quarterback at Stafford in Northern Virginia, Aziz was the offensive line coach and defensive coordinator. “He was a really good kid,” Aziz said Friday. “I do want Torrey to have a good game.” According to the Ravens website, before playing his college football at the University of Maryland, Smith earned honorable mention All-Northwest Region as a quarterback his senior year. Smith also earned All-District academic honors …

The Baltimore Ravens wide receiver signed autographs, posed for photos, and ushered in the grand opening of Concentra Urgent Care.
Some may have thought from the line forming outside Concentra Urgent Care Monday night that Timonium was suffering from a major flu epidemic. Fortunately, that was not the case. Instead, the recently relocated medical facility played host to Baltimore Ravens breakout rookie wide receiver Torrey Smith for the grand opening of Concentra's new facility. More than 200 diehard fans braved the freezing temperature for a chance to meet Smith, who graciously autographed photos, helmets, footballs and even a baby onesie. He even made a new "BFFL" in the process. (Yes, I had to ask what that meant as well.)
