I am a Wellness Ambassador at Rite Aid. This means I help the community by providing outreach seminars to community and businesses. Mainly my seminars are about stress reduction. 

I am also a reiki teacher at Carroll Hospital, and a published author of a stress book. I also play music, guitar and vocals at may senior living facilities. 

Finding peace in life is possible.. its a matter of living and creating with the heart vs. the mind.
